Whatcom County Historical Society has a long legacy of publishing historic information about our community, including over 25 journals and numerous books.
Books
Books we've help publish over the years include The Sue Boynton Story, The Saxon Story, The Mount Baker Theater: The Early Years, and the Harris Journal. Many of these are still available via our online store or at a meeting.
Journals
WCHS has a tremendous legacy of publishing local history via our annual journal. We take submissions from January through August, work with the authors to edit and enhance their pieces, and publish each issue in December. Back issues are available, with article listings included.
Reprints
We also work with authors and estates to reprint important and relevant local history books.
